The DH European Open Is Now The Downhill European Championships

The Hit Mountain Bike Downhill European Championships 2009 were seven weeks away, so the organizers decided to add the Open categories in order to attract riders from other continents.

The championships will be held from June 12-14. This championships will be held from June 12-14. Riders of National Federations that are not members the European Cycling Union (UEC) can now stop in Kranjska Gora to take part in European Championships. For practice, fun and glory.

We are now adding four categories to the UEC: open junior women, open men, open elite women, and open men. Riders from Africa, Americas and Asia can win the title of European Open Champion. They will have to give up the European Champion title and jersey, as well as the medal, to the best European rider. The fastest person or woman is still the fastest.

The weekend will feature European Championships for juniors and elite, as well as the European Open and European Masters Championships. It will also be held in the friendly alpine village Kranjska Gora. Live bands every day and festivities make this a great venue. It is also close to major hotels, the village center, and finish area. Tech and team areas are all within a few hundred meters.

Two chairlifts will allow a greater number of people to access Kranjska Gora’s bike park DH track, which is located on Vitranc mountain. The masters course is 150 meters higher than the junior or elite courses.

European junior and elite riders can only register for the Championships through their National Federations. Masters and Open riders can register directly on the event website.
